“We have been with Clixworld for over 18 months...We have been involved in the training aspect as well as the boarding. Both areas deserve a 10 on a scale of 1-10...Our hyper-active 3 1/2 year old Bichon has become a much better behaved animal because of the training and ideas for change that Diane Chandler has given to us...We can't say enough about the personal and caring atmosphere in our training sessions in our home. Never was it punitive, but rather helpful and positive...And, IT WORKED. The Boarding at Clixworld is more like a first class hotel, with plenty of room, healthy exercise and a climate again of caring for our Lilly. “Since he was a small puppy, our Labrador Retriever has been a happy visitor to the Clixworld Inn and a student at the Training School. We travel often and feel completely at ease leaving our little guy for a short or long stay. We know he gets personal attention, lots of love, and a safe, clean place to stay. We especially appreciate the 24 hour supervision that he gets, which sets the Clixworld Inn apart from all other options in the area. “I wouldn't board Sammy anywhere else. You and Ron are wonderful people and your heart and soul go into truly caring for our family while we are gone. I can trust that Sam is having a blast. I would be willing to bet it would be nearly impossible if not impossible to find the kind of hospitality that would include comforting him during a thunderstorm, switching his next door neighbor to someone more compatible, trying to check his belly for rashes, or simply treating him as family. Sam isn't "boarding", he is on "vacation". I can't thank you enough for the professionalism that your team has for the families that visit your facilities. The trust goes beyond words. "We love the Clixworld Inn. Previously, we had tried a house sitter. I almost ruined our vacation worrying about our dogs and our house. It turned out that my worries were well founded! So then we tried 2 other kennels. At one, our dogs came home with stress related illnesses. The other kennel had so many additional fees for basic care, it was ridiculous! We thought we would have to give up vacationing until we found the Clixworld Inn. It is comforting to find that the people we know and trust from dog training, also offer boarding. Our dogs vacation so well with the extra attention and lower stress environment (and so do I). Plus, we can afford to go away because of the reasonable charges without all the hidden extras. We also boarded our puppy at the Clixworld Inn and found excellent facilities along with accomplishing leash training which we requested. As we moved along the way with our little guy, some special needs arose. I am very happy with the whole experience. Diane freely offered me some very helpful behavioral tips even before the class began. Our puppy absolutely loves the classes, and has really enjoyed meeting Diane and the trainers and, especially, playing with her classmates during “recess.” She is doing very well with her training, and it has greatly improved her “manners” at home. I am definitely signing her up for the next class.
It is obvious that Diane and her staff are highly professional and really love and understand dogs. Knowing this, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their kennel if we went out of town. As a new puppy owner, it is nice to know that service is available.” Mary H., St. Charles
